Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food service or customer service
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to pass background and reference checks
Teens welcome to apply with local regulatory compliance
Ability to stand and perform physical tasks during shifts
Basic food safety knowledge

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience
Prior food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
Experience working with seniors preferred
Food Handler's or ServSafe certification preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
Assist with food service preparation and delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and food service areas
Follow food safety and handling protocols
Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations
Support senior residents by accommodating dietary needs and preferences
Participate in training and development programs
