Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
- Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables chairs and service stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere strictly to all operational safety and sanitation standards company policies and federal state local regulations
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
