Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
