Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
