Job Duties

Warmly greet and seat guests presenting menus and explaining daily specials
Accurately take food and beverage orders offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables chairs and service stations
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
Adhere strictly to all operational safety and sanitation standards company policies and federal state local regulations
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
