  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests presenting menus and explaining daily specials
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas including tables chairs and service stations
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
