Job Requirements

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to guest satisfaction
Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods, carrying trays, and navigating busy dining areas
Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum age 18 years

Job Duties

Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
Adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
