  • prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant or customer service environment preferred
  • ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for extended periods, carrying trays, and navigating busy dining areas
  • must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
  • accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
  • serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
  • process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal, state, local regulations
  • assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
  • proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
