- must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
- process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal, state, local regulations
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
