Job Duties

  • Greet and seat customers in a warm, friendly manner
  • present menus, take food and beverage orders, and accurately enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their meal
  • monitor tables for cleanliness and manage the overall dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
  • handle payments, process transactions, and provide change as needed
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
  • adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices
  • maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed
  • assist with special events and promotions as directed
