Job Requirements

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
excellent communication skills
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
basic math and cash handling skills
strong interpersonal skills
positive attitude and teamwork orientation

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a wait staff role or in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures
must be of legal age to serve alcohol if applicable
a positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn
availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet and seat customers in a warm, friendly manner
present menus, take food and beverage orders, and accurately enter them into the point-of-sale system
provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
serve food and beverages promptly and ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their meal
monitor tables for cleanliness and manage the overall dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly
handle payments, process transactions, and provide change as needed
collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices
maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies as needed
assist with special events and promotions as directed
