The role of Wait Staff at Baptist Senior Family is a vital position focused on enhancing the dining experience for residents and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are friendly, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused, as it involves direct interaction and service during mealtimes. Wait Staff members are responsible for providing prompt and courteous table service, ensuring that each dining experience is pleasant and memorable. This includes accurately taking and delivering food and beverage orders while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences to meet the unique needs of each resident. Furthermore, the position requires maintaining cleanliness and organization within the dining areas, resetting tables, and replenishing supplies to continuously uphold the environment's welcoming appeal. Individuals in this role also assist in basic food preparation tasks and coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any special requests or concerns. Adherence to proper safety and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations is a key component to ensure resident safety and satisfaction. Baptist Senior Family offers both full-time and part-time opportunities for Wait Staff, with a work schedule that typically runs from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., including working every other weekend. - Prior experience in food service hospitality or customer service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
