Job Requirements
- Possess good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Identify problems and evaluate information
- Complete cast certification program or be in progress
- Obtain legally required state or local training and certifications
- Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Handle physical demands including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Must be of legal drinking age if serving alcohol
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Comply with company dress code and food safety laws
- Successfully complete background check
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking and listening skills
- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Problem identification and evaluation skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers and management
- Ability to set goals and priorities
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
- Serve alcohol in compliance with legal age and all required permits and certifications
- Knowledge of and adherence to laws regarding serving alcohol
- Ensure alcohol certification and training is current
- Promote Regal Crown Club Program
- Enforce MPAA rating system
- Knowledge of coupons and promotions
- Handle money, cash drawers, receipts, and inventory accurately
- Detect counterfeit bills
- Use excellent sales techniques including upselling
- Operate, prepare, and clean concession equipment
- Use concession storerooms and cleaning materials properly
- Follow opening, closing, and in-between show procedures
- Comply with emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures
- Observe all local, state, and federal food safety laws
- Adhere to dress code
- Ensure guest satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests
- Follow laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Accurately track and report tips
- Complete or progress towards cast certification programs
- Understand training materials including those on sexual harassment and discrimination
