In addition, wait staff assist with food preparation support and condiment assembly, ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met according to Outback guidelines.
Team collaboration is essential in this role, as wait staff support overall operations by bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness and safety in dining areas, and upholding sanitation standards throughout their shift. Responsible beverage service and adherence to safe food handling practices ensure guests’ health and satisfaction are prioritized.
