Job Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for extended periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
Comfortable working in hot and cold environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding restaurant setting
Responsible beverage service certification required for California positions (training provided, completion within 60 days of hire)

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
Responsible beverage service certification (required for specific locations such as California)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each guest
Greet guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain strong knowledge of menu items to confidently recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
Verify order accuracy and review orders with guests to ensure complete satisfaction
Assist with food preparation support and condiment assembly following Outback standards
Support team operations by bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining dining areas
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
Collaborate with fellow Outbackers to ensure every opportunity to wow the guest is achieved
Adhere to safe food handling and responsible beverage service practices
