- For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (training provided, completion within 60 days of hire)

Job Duties
- In this role, you'll create memorable dining experiences by delivering friendly, personalized service that makes every Guest feel welcome and valued
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to each Guest
- Greet Guests, take accurate food and beverage orders, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items to confidently recommend, upsell, and reinforce orders
- Verify order accuracy and review orders with Guests to ensure complete satisfaction
- Assist with food preparation support and condiment assembly following Outback standards
- Support team operations by bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining dining areas
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the shift
- Collaborate with fellow Outbackers to ensure every opportunity to WOW the Guest is achieved
- Adhere to safe food handling and responsible beverage service practices
