As a member of the team, you will collaborate with fellow Outbackers in a fast-paced, physically active environment that emphasizes a culture of respect and teamwork. This role demands physical stamina as you will be standing, walking, and engaging actively for extended periods, as well as moving or lifting items up to 30 lbs. For certain locations, including California, responsible beverage service certification is required, with training provided within the initial 60 days of employment.
