Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in foodservice distribution

- Responsible for senior sales and marketing leadership

- overseeing annual OpCo Food Shows and major sales meetings

- managing major and critical customer accounts
- building and leading training and development strategies for sales staff
- leading sales and marketing performance to meet financial targets
- ensuring targeted profit margins and acceptable gross margins
- collaborating in presenting proposals to key customers
- assisting in new business solicitation
