Founded and driven by industry visionaries Liz Lambert, Larry McGuire, and Tom Moorman, MML Hospitality manages a portfolio of refined dining, hotel, event, and retail properties. Their approach is deeply rooted in meticulous attention to detail, immersive storytelling, and delivering extraordinary guest experiences that resonate on personal and cultural levels. This commitment fosters a workplace culture dedicated to respect, growth, and community engagement, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality sector. The company promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and employee well-being across all of its distinctive properties, which include a vibrant mix of restaurants, boutique hotels, event venues, and specialty retail outlets.

The position available is for a Vice President of Culinary Operations, an integral executive role that has been crafted to lead, expand, and enhance the culinary strategy across MML Hospitality's expanding portfolio. Ideal candidates will exhibit a blend of creative flair and disciplined operational capability, able to harmonize brand identities while aligning them with company standards to maintain market relevance and guest satisfaction. The role demands a leader who can develop scalable systems and leadership pipelines that support growth initiatives, new concept development, and property acquisitions. With responsibilities spanning budget management, profitability oversight, health and safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, beverage, human resources, and finance teams, the VP of Culinary Operations plays a critical role in steering MML Hospitality's culinary direction and amplifying its reputation as an industry leader. This opportunity offers a competitive executive salary plus performance-based bonus and comes with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life and pet insurance, fitness and wellness programs, paid time off, and retirement plans. Candidates can also take advantage of property discounts and opportunities for professional advancement, making this a highly attractive leadership role in the hospitality industry.
