The role of Catering & Convention Services Manager at voco Sandpiper is pivotal in managing and driving the success of the resort’s catering and convention services. Key responsibilities in this role include consistently meeting and exceeding sales and satisfaction targets by expertly managing client interactions, leading facility tours, and extending exceptional client hospitality. Exceptional event planning and execution skills are necessary to handle all banquet orders, client changes, and logistical adjustments seamlessly, ensuring every event runs smoothly and impressively.
