Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Director is entrusted with both visionary and operational responsibilities — from program development to regulatory compliance and contract oversight. The role requires creating systems and structures to sustain and grow L'Arche’s impact in these areas, while researching innovative program models that may enhance future offerings.

The Vocational and Community Programs Director ensures that all programming reflects L'Arche's core mission and tradition, emphasizing empowerment, inclusion, and meaningful engagement.
