This is a fully remote position, allowing individuals to work from the comfort of their own homes. The role of a phone receptionist in our team is crucial to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication between businesses and their customers. As an essential part of our operations, successful candidates will be responsible for not only answering calls but also understanding callers' needs, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and addressing queries with respect and efficiency. This position requires a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment to provide an optimal answering service. Employees can expect a flexible schedule with predictable hours, primarily focused on Monday through Friday from 11 am to 5 pm Pacific Time, with some flexibility including split shifts and the possibility of picking up extra hours. Additionally, overnight shift opportunities may arise after a period of time with the company. The role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with expected weekly hours of no less than 25 hours and starting pay between $15 to $16 per hour, slightly higher for bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish. Training is provided and paid, reinforcing our commitment to equipping our team with the skills needed to excel in their roles. Job Requirements

  • Personal desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome browser installed
  • Minimum 8GB RAM
  • Minimum 1024x768 display resolution
  • Mac users must have MacOS Ventura 13.6.1 version or earlier
  • Reliable broadband internet connection with less than 50 ms ping, greater than 10 Mbps download, and greater than 3 Mbps upload
  • Strong typing skills at minimum 40 wpm
  • Quiet environment for answering calls
  • Headset with microphone arm attached
