Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • one year of front desk or concierge experience preferred
  • one year experience with Lodging Management System (LMS+) preferred
  • excellent customer service skills required
  • minimum one year customer service experience preferred
  • strong telephone etiquette required
  • bi-lingual preferred
  • basic computer program knowledge including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and LMS+ preferred
  • ability to handle high-volume phone lines and multi-task

Job Duties

  • Utilize Activities Reservation Tracking System (ARTS) to book VIP guest shows, dinner, cabanas, limos and send special amenities through room service
  • print itinerary for guests when amenities are booked
  • answer multi-line phone system and assist guests with confirming hotel reservations, booking shows, dinner and other requests
  • ensure all VIP guest requests are met and rooms prepared for their arrival
  • ensure VIP check-in and check-out process is efficient and flawless
  • solve issues related to guest room booking, dinner or show reservations independently
  • obtain proper identification and payment, meet requests for room type, smoking preference and room views
  • resolve guest bills with casino hosts and check comp amenities based on casino play
  • stock and replenish refrigerator in the lounge and desk with necessary supplies
  • open lounge daily by running ARTS reports for limo and room service
  • close lounge daily ensuring all guest rooms are assigned with amenities and keys prepared
  • run arrival reports and stock supplies
