Live Nation’s Concerts Division is where tours launch, artists come alive, and fans experience the excitement of live music. With a range of owned and operated amphitheaters, a global touring team, and expertise across ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales, Live Nation fosters a vibrant and upbeat work culture. Employees benefit from perks such as free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, and progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement and adoption/fertility support. These examples contribute to Live Nation’s recognition as a Great Place to Work and one of People Magazine’s “50 Companies that Care.” The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, encouraging employees to bring their whole selves to work to thrive both professionally and personally.
The role of Beverage Server at Live Nation is integral to the guest experience at concerts and live events. Beverage Servers anticipate and respond to guest needs by suggestively selling beverages and menu items, taking orders, and delivering drinks efficiently through crowded venues while maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to operate a point of sales system, and knowledge of responsible alcohol service. Servers clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure venue safety and sanitation standards are upheld. They must also be able to recognize intoxicated guests and act responsibly in refusing service while involving management when necessary.
Ideal candidates for this role are passionate, motivated, resourceful, innovative, and forward-thinking with a drive to provide excellent service. The position demands late working hours with a flexible schedule, as well as the capacity to stand for extended periods and lift or move items up to 25 lbs. Experience in cocktail tray service, food service, and interaction in positive environments is necessary, alongside a respect for diverse cultures and artistic expressions. Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification or equivalent is required. Preferred candidates will have cash handling experience, the ability to recognize valid identification, and prior experience in a live music setting.
Live Nation emphasizes equal employment opportunities for all applicants regardless of age, race, gender, religion, disability status, or other protected characteristics. The company ensures reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities and religious needs through an interactive process. This commitment to inclusivity extends to the hiring practices, where Live Nation seeks to place the most qualified candidates efficiently, using various recruitment channels, including internal promotion, referrals, advertising, and recruiting events.
