Job Requirements

Physical ability to stand for long hours
Arrival in black shirts, pants, and shoes with no logos
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Willingness to work the entire show period from February 22nd to April 27th, 2025
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Experience in customer service or food and beverage preferred
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Availability for work in New York, NY

Job Qualifications

Professional and clean appearance with a straight posture
Ability to provide excellent customer service and hospitality with a welcoming and friendly attitude
Ability to work well with others and pay attention to details while working efficiently under pressure
Availability for the entire duration of the show run
Proficiency in English, other languages considered an asset
Preferred ability to obtain a Certificate of Fitness for Temporary Indoor/Outdoor Place of Assembly Safety Personnel (F-04)

Job Duties

Understand ticket categories for scanning at the entrance
Make sure all guest needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
Be proactive in providing an exceptional customer experience while attuned to guest needs, requests, complaints, and unusual situations
Provide personalized service using a guest's name where possible and appropriate
Observe guest behavior to ensure ultimate satisfaction
Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area by tidying the space discreetly during service
Assemble gift bags, lanyards, and other items needed for service
Perform cleaning duties as required
