Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or event operations preferred
- Must be physically able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be available for entire show run from Feb 22nd, 2025 to April 27th, 2025
- Professional appearance
- Must speak English
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Certification for F-04 preferred

Job Duties
- Able to understand ticket categories for scanning at the entrance
- Make sure that all guests needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
- Be proactive in providing an exceptional customer experience, but also attuned to guest's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
- Provide personalized service and use a guest's name, where possible and appropriate
- Observes guest behavior to ensure ultimate satisfaction
- Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area, discretely tiding the space during service
- Assemble giftbags, lanyards and other items needed for service
- Perform cleaning duties, as required
