Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or event operations preferred
Must be physically able to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be available for entire show run from Feb 22nd, 2025 to April 27th, 2025
Professional appearance
Must speak English
Ability to work flexible hours
Certification for F-04 preferred

Job Duties

Able to understand ticket categories for scanning at the entrance
Make sure that all guests needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
Be proactive in providing an exceptional customer experience, but also attuned to guest's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
Provide personalized service and use a guest's name, where possible and appropriate
Observes guest behavior to ensure ultimate satisfaction
Maintain strict cleanliness of the VIP area, discretely tiding the space during service
Assemble giftbags, lanyards and other items needed for service
Perform cleaning duties, as required
