The VIP Host plays a critical role in delivering a premium hospitality experience for Live Nation’s US Concerts segment. This position is responsible for acknowledging and appreciating Live Nation executives and VIP guests, ensuring that their patronage is valued and recognized. The VIP Host acts as a knowledgeable resource to guests, providing information about their experience within both the lounges and music areas, including guidance on the timing of supporting and headliner acts. This role demands exceptional communication skills and the ability to assist various teams in enhancing the overall guest experience.
In addition to fostering a welcoming ambiance in lounge areas, the VIP Host maintains continuous contact with management and service staff to coordinate guest arrivals and service. The role requires constant observation to uphold the atmosphere and presentation standards expected in VIP areas. The VIP Host must present themselves professionally, exhibit articulate communication tailored to diverse audiences, and anticipate guest needs to provide superior hospitality service. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate, resourceful, and driven by a commitment to excellence in live entertainment hospitality.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with high-end restaurant operations or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Skill in problem solving and guest relations
- Ability to remain calm and tactful under pressure
- Must have a flexible schedule
Job Qualifications

- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving

Job Duties
- Giving proper recognition to Live Nation executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage
- Serving as a resource of information for all guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas
- Assisting guests regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts
- Providing assistance to all positions and communicating effectively with others to enhance guest experience
- Maintaining contact with manager, bar staff, and server regarding the arrival of all guests
- Constant observation of lounge area, upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating section
- Exhibiting articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience
- Presenting exemplary and professional appearance
- Anticipating guests’ needs and providing superior service
