Job Duties

assist VIP lead with VIP guest needs
greet and welcome VIP guests
manage VIP access and accommodations during events
maintain positive relationships with VIP guests
facilitate VIP services and resolve any issues
support sales efforts related to VIP packages
provide excellent customer service at all times
