Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer service experience
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Ability to perform simple math accurately
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Professional appearance
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Ensure that guest needs and special requests are met
- Invoke service recovery when appropriate
- Prepare daily agenda including upgrading and sales
- Answer all phones directed to the Front Office
- Attend Housekeeping pre-shift to communicate information regarding groups and VIP guests
- Check room status including out of order rooms
- Place guest requests to housekeeping and follow up
- Complete back to back reservation extensions
- Complete express checkouts and due outs
- Check in all unassigned rooms and prepare key packets
- Review sales group resumes and block rooms
- Run and resolve over credit and non-zero reports
- Promote communication between departments
- Receive calls for rooms needing repair and follow up
- Cancel non-guaranteed reservations at 6 PM
- Balance room inventory one day in advance
- Run Rooms Revenue Potential and Manual overrides
- Call city for room availability and rates
- Work as Front Desk Clerk as needed
- Complete front desk transactions and input data
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Check guests in and out
- Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies
