The role offered is an essential position within Live Nation’s VIP area, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. As a VIP area team member, you will be responsible for performing table maintenance duties aligned with company service standards, including opening, running, and closing tasks. This role demands attentiveness to guest inquiries, ensuring polite and courteous interactions that reflect the company’s dedication to service excellence. Maintaining a keen line of sight and controlling the atmosphere by circulating throughout the work area is a critical responsibility to keep the environment welcoming and efficient.

The position also requires maintaining cleanliness and safety standards rigorously, including immediate spill cleanup, proper disposal of waste and recyclables, and adhering to all operating procedures and private party service guidelines. You will be expected to stay informed about current menu offerings and contribute to event success by assisting other employees as needed. Occasionally, you may be required to work special events throughout the venue.

Ideal candidates for this role should possess experience in high-volume kitchen operations and food service, either as an expeditor or server. Strong communication skills, a sense of urgency, time management capabilities, and knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards are essential. Critical thinking and decision-making skills will support your success in this fast-paced setting. A high school diploma is required, and experience with point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Physically, the job demands extended periods of standing, the ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds using proper techniques, and comfort working in a loud, fast, and occasionally stressful environment. Job Duties

  • Perform table maintenance duties in the VIP area according to Company service standards
  • Perform opening, running, and closing duties in the VIP area according to Company service standards
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
  • Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
  • Keep floor neat, clean and free of food, trash and other obstacles throughout shift
  • Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
  • Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  • Keep current on all standard operating procedures
  • Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
  • Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
  • Assist other employees as needed
  • Follow all safety standards
  • Occasionally work special events that are scheduled throughout the venue
