Job Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Hospitality experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong orientation to customer service
- Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks
- Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to work in areas with loud noises and crowds
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Ability to adapt easily to organizational requirements
- Possess pleasant personality with enthusiastic and professional attitude
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge preferred
- Previous host or sales experience are a major plus
- Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply
- Excellent writing, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills
- Sales or hospitality experience
Job Duties
- Welcome VIP members and guests and memorize their names
- Provide excellent service to all premium members and guests
- Pitch, sell and collect payment from guests for upgrades
- Maintain table reservation and guest list minimums set by management
- Ensure guests are aware of events and support the execution of them
- Assist with side-work and other opening/closing procedures as directed by management
- Report all breakage, damage of equipment or furniture immediately to management
