Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- reliable transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Hospitality experience
- experience in high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge preferred
- strong customer service orientation
- excellent communication and decision-making skills
- ability to multitask and work independently
- ability to work in loud and crowded environments
- experience in sales or hospitality is a plus
- bilingual candidates encouraged
- must be at least 21 years old
- prior host or sales experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- Adapt to organizational requirements and guidelines
- handle credit cards responsibly
- provide enthusiastic and professional guest service
- work effectively under stress and pressure
- welcome VIP members and guests by name
- pitch, sell, and collect payments for upgrades
- maintain premium area cleanliness and appearance
- manage table reservations and guest lists
- assist with opening and closing procedures
- report any breakage or damage immediately
- participate in training and departmental meetings
- respond promptly to guest complaints
- act as an usher for VIP clients
- build and maintain strong guest relationships
- support and promote membership programs
- complete assigned marketing and social media tasks per management requests
