The company operates a renowned venue that includes a high-end Gold Room and VIP Room dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for discerning guests. The role of VIP Concierge offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality service. The VIP Concierge is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests during their stay by meeting, greeting, and facilitating seamless check-in and luggage services. This role also extends to coordinating spa, dining, entertainment, and limousine transportation reservations, ensuring every guest's visits are memorable and effortless. In this key position, the VIP Concierge will maintain the overall functionality and upkeep of the Gold Room or VIP Room, managing check-in and checkout processes and addressing guest requests efficiently. This includes providing accurate information about special events, offers, and amenities, ensuring that guests receive the correct room types and arrangements based on VIP preferences. The role demands an individual able to work closely with Casino Marketing, Player Development Executives, and management to solve challenges and deliver exceptional service. Coordination with other departments such as housekeeping and transportation is essential to uphold a high standard of guest satisfaction, from ensuring priority room cleaning to organizing limo services and special deliveries.
The VIP Concierge position also includes bartending responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness and order in the VIP areas, and participating in the training and welcoming of new team members. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills with ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English
- ability to perform above average mathematical skills
- type 35 wpm
- PC skills including Word and Excel
- ability to understand and comply with company and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures
- ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff and guests
- alcohol awareness certified
- gaming certification
- must be 21 years or older
- work in varied environmental conditions including hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly or brightly lit areas
- constant contact with guests and staff necessary
- requires mobility and constant standing
- frequent use of office equipment
- ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- proficiency in PC skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- familiarity with LMS programs desired
- prior hotel and bartending experience preferred
- alcohol awareness certification
- gaming certification
- must be 21 years or older
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and observation skills
- ability to provide service excellence
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest concierge service and welcoming atmosphere
- meet, greet, and assist with check-in and luggage service
- coordinate spa, food, show reservations, and limo transportation
- maintain overall operation of the Gold Room or VIP Room including check-in and checkout
- handle guest requests efficiently according to procedures
- communicate effectively with guests and staff
- provide information on special events, offers, and amenities
- assist VIP guests with reservations for dining, golf, spa, and entertainment
- collaborate with housekeeping for priority room cleaning
- coordinate with Transportation for limo, floral, and luggage services
- perform bartending duties
