This role also extends to coordinating spa, dining, entertainment, and limousine transportation reservations, ensuring every guest's visits are memorable and effortless. In this key position, the VIP Concierge will maintain the overall functionality and upkeep of the Gold Room or VIP Room, managing check-in and checkout processes and addressing guest requests efficiently. This includes providing accurate information about special events, offers, and amenities, ensuring that guests receive the correct room types and arrangements based on VIP preferences. The role demands an individual able to work closely with Casino Marketing, Player Development Executives, and management to solve challenges and deliver exceptional service. Coordination with other departments such as housekeeping and transportation is essential to uphold a high standard of guest satisfaction, from ensuring priority room cleaning to organizing limo services and special deliveries.

The VIP Concierge position also includes bartending responsibilities, maintaining cleanliness and order in the VIP areas, and participating in the training and welcoming of new team members.
