Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, G.E.D or college degree preferred
  • Must be able to maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board
  • Must have a valid Alcohol Awareness Card
  • Experience in a hotel/casino environment preferred
  • Experience with the AS/400 and CMS tracking system preferred
  • Knowledge of nearby destinations and directions to them

Job Duties

  • Build strong relationships and memorable experiences for guests to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Check-in and check-out VIP guests
  • Answer phones in a timely, courteous and professional matter
  • Assist all hotel guests by providing information, directions, tours, entertainment etc
  • Prepare and serve complimentary drinks for VIP guests
  • Reserve rooms for VIP guests and accommodate any special room requests
  • Input same day reservations for VIP guests, verifying marketing codes
  • Book restaurant reservations for all on property outlets and cabanas for guests
  • Assist in play evaluations for VIP guests
  • Arrange limousine transportation for guests
  • Provide support for special event functions
  • Promptly review and respond to all VIP Service email requests from guests or hosts
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of VIP Service and Concierge areas
