Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement is 21
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Must be able to obtain all required work cards and gaming registration
  • Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials, and after-dinner drinks
  • Must have cash handling experience
  • Must possess understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and operation of soda, juice, and liquor guns

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards
  • Process transactions using the company’s P.O.S. system and manage cash variances
  • Maintain a fully stocked bar ensuring no product overages or shortages
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Obtain all required work cards and gaming registration
  • Handle cash responsibly
  • Understand classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and operation of soda, juice, and liquor guns
