As a team member, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional service while contributing to a positive and uplifting atmosphere within the store. This position is hourly with a starting base pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, supplemented by participation in a tip pool which can add an average of $4.00 per hour to your earnings.

The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle various tasks including operation of coffee-making machinery, maintaining safe and accurate work standards, and staying active for extended periods. Ideal candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, stooping, and lifting intermittently up to 50 pounds. Beyond physical demands, the position is fundamentally about creating memorable experiences for customers by expressing genuine warmth and kindness in every interaction.
