The Vice President of Operations at ABM Industries is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing operations across Northern California within the Business & Industry Group. This role demands a performance-driven professional who excels in leveraging data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results. This senior leadership position involves strategic planning and directing daily operational activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective facility services to a diverse client base. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of facilities management or a closely related industry, alongside proven experience managing large-scale facility services across numerous clients. Collaboration is key, as the Vice President will work closely with senior operational leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to align operational initiatives with company goals.

The compensation for this role ranges from $145,950 to $306,000 annually, reflecting the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, the role may qualify for participation in ABM’s incentive or bonus programs, further rewarding exceptional performance. The Vice President of Operations will lead multiple regional leaders including Regional Directors, Branch Managers, and District Managers to maintain strong customer relationships and drive both retention and new client acquisition. It also requires hands-on involvement in operational and fiscal management, policy development, budgeting, and performance reporting.
