Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in hotel or resort operations or hospitality asset management
  • Proven track record of driving net operating income and operational efficiencies
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&Ls at a multi-property level
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of hospitality trends and guest experience optimization
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders from property-level teams to executives
  • Experience with new property openings, concept development, and brand partnerships is a plus

Job Duties

  • Assess operating businesses to identify strategic opportunities to deliver net operating income and control costs while driving consistency and excellence in guest experience and service standards
  • Create, assess, and implement actionable business plans with the ability to shift priorities
  • Develop and measure industry-standard KPIs in collaboration with Asset Management monthly
  • Review and amend people function capacities and capabilities to ensure impactful operational decisions
  • Seek and present innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, processes, net operating income, and guest experience
  • Establish regular business review meetings with stakeholders to track business plans, goals, and KPIs
  • Provide monthly updates on business status including contracts, invoices, metrics, and required actions
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships and industry relationships to support growth and operational excellence
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
