As a brand advocate and voice, the Vice President will represent Marriott's premium brands at industry conferences and stakeholder engagements, building strong relationships with partners, agencies, and industry leaders. The ideal candidate brings extensive hospitality and hotel operational experience with a deep understanding of brand strategy, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead teams within a complex, matrixed organization.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the growth and innovation of some of Marriott's most prestigious brands, ensuring brand excellence and operational success in a competitive market. The role involves hybrid work arrangements for candidates within commuting distance to Bethesda, MD, with remote options for those outside the area.
