Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working with seniors or in activities coordination preferred
- active driver's license
- ability to engage with elderly residents compassionately and energetically
- age 21 or over for driving company vehicle
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to utilize social media and email communication platforms
Job Qualifications
- quickly connect with people and love to learn about them
- use talents such as singing, dancing, artistry, poetry, history or trivia expertise
- exercise creativity with the ability to design diverse activities
- exhibit a positive attitude and high energy
- hold an active driver's license in good standing
Job Duties
- get to know the residents and help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional programming
- promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities
- participate in activities such as games, painting, singing and music
- utilize social media, email and newsletters to showcase daily events
- occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events
- help set up and break down events and activities
