Job Requirements

Have high school diploma or equivalent
Be at least 21 years old if driving company vehicle
Possess active driver’s license in good standing
Ability to connect quickly with seniors and understand their interests
Demonstrate creativity and positive attitude
Availability to work part-time
Comfortable using social media and email for communication

Job Qualifications

You quickly connect with people and love to learn about them
Use talents as a singer, dancer, artist, poet, historian, or trivia expert
Exercise creativity
Have a positive attitude and a lot of energy
Have an active driver’s license in good standing

Job Duties

Get to know the residents of Brightview to help plan and implement spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural, and emotional programming that engages and fulfills residents
Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities
Participate in activities such as games, painting, singing, and music and assist in organizing and running these events
Utilize social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily activities
Occasionally drive the company vehicle to transport residents to and from events if 21 or over
Help set up and break down events and activities
