Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle client inquiries professionally
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications
  • Willingness to work full-time including rotating Saturday shifts
  • Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional client service

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and their pets upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally via phone, email, or in person
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Collect and process payments for services and products
  • Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and contribute to a positive work environment
