Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle client inquiries professionally
- Basic proficiency with computer applications
- Willingness to work full-time including rotating Saturday shifts
- Passion for working with animals and providing exceptional client service

Job Duties
- Greet clients and their pets upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate client records
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Collect and process payments for services and products
- Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and contribute to a positive work environment
