Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a veterinary reception or customer service role preferred
- excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- proficiency in veterinary software like Avimark, PetDesk, or Microsoft Office is a plus
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- strong organizational skills
- customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets upon arrival
- manage appointment scheduling efficiently using veterinary software
- answer incoming telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- respond promptly to client emails and inquiries
- maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- process invoices, collect payments, and handle billing transactions
- educate clients on prescription heartworm and flea/tick prevention and sell related products
