Job Description

Woodland Veterinary Hospital is a well-established veterinary care provider with more than 50 years of experience serving the pets and their owners in Woodland and the surrounding communities. Founded in 1975 as a small clinic, it has since expanded into an 11,000-square-foot state-of-the-art veterinary hospital. The facility features a collaborative team of nine veterinarians and over 40 veterinary support professionals who are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized veterinary care. The role of Client Service Representative at Woodland Veterinary Hospital is an essential part of this mission. As the very first friendly face clients encounter when they walk into the hospital, the Client Service Representative acts as the heart of the front desk operations, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming and professional environment for both pets and their people. This part-time position primarily works weekends - Saturdays and Sundays - making it ideal for candidates seeking flexible work schedules. Compensation ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, based on experience and other factors. The Client Service Representative is responsible for greeting clients and their pets warmly, scheduling appointments efficiently, handling a multi-line phone system, managing check-ins and check-outs smoothly, processing payments accurately, and providing helpful information about the hospital's services. Candidates with previous experience in customer-facing roles, especially within the veterinary field, are highly preferred.
