Job Duties

Manage client communication efficiently
coordinate veterinarians' appointment schedules and boarding/day care reservations
perform telephone triage distinguishing routine from emergency cases
maintain electronic medical records accurately
discuss charges and payment policies with clients
process payments accurately
maintain the treatment reminder system
assist with client retention and community outreach activities
