Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or client care
- ability to manage multiple phone lines and scheduling software
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- computer literacy including basic office software
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- friendly and proactive team player

Job Duties
- greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- manage multiple phone lines and schedule appointments accurately
- process payments and handle client transactions
- maintain an inviting, organized, and presentable reception area
- communicate effectively with clients regarding services and hospital procedures
- support team members with administrative tasks as needed
- ensure client and pet information is accurately recorded and updated
