Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a client-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer use including email and internet
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology is an asset
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
- Genuine interest in animal care and customer service
- Ability to work full-time hours (30+ hours a week) across four 10-hour days with Thursday off
