Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service, preferably in veterinary environments
- availability for full-time work with a 4/10 schedule, Monday through Saturday
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- reliable and detail-oriented
- proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a veterinary or healthcare setting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- proficiency with office software and appointment scheduling systems
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets upon arrival
- manage appointment scheduling and client communications effectively
- handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- maintain accurate client records and payment processing
- assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks
- provide information about services offered, including rehabilitation, boarding, and grooming
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
