Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service preferred
  • ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • familiarity with veterinary or medical office preferred but not required
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • friendly and organized
  • available to work full-time (30+ hours/week)
  • willingness to be on camera during interviews and assessments for identity verification

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and pets by name with a smile and positive attitude
  • answer phones promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system
  • schedule appointments and surgeries according to hospital guidelines
  • process payments and invoices including handling cash, credit cards, and checks
  • maintain and update patient records accurately
  • provide knowledgeable advice about veterinary products and services
  • support a positive and professional front desk experience
