Job Requirements

- Minimum two years of client service or receptionist experience
- Minimum one year of veterinary care experience
- Proficient in handling telephone and scheduling systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of general animal husbandry and pet care
Job Duties
- Greeting visitors and answering telephones
- Guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching prospective clients
- Presenting and explaining fees including processing payments
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services including prescriptions
- Answering client questions and educating on general animal care
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
- Hospital maintenance including cleaning and animal waste removal
