Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in customer service or related field
familiarity with veterinary medical terminology
ability to use standard office equipment
flexible schedule including some weekend and holiday shifts
strong verbal and written communication skills
ability to manage stressful situations calmly and professionally
organizational skills
critical thinking skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Be the warm, welcoming voice and face for clients and patients
manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with client communications
help keep the front desk flowing efficiently while making each client feel like family
support the medical team to ensure excellent patient care from check-in to check-out
utilize standard office and business equipment
maintain knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures
manage stressful situations calmly and professionally
