Job Qualifications

  • experience as a veterinary receptionist or client service role required

  • strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • experience in emergency veterinary settings is a plus

Job Duties

  • greet clients and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • schedule appointments and manage client intake with accuracy
  • handle emergency client check-ins and support the veterinary team during urgent situations
  • maintain organized records of client accounts and transactions
  • manage multi-tasking duties including reception, phone communication, and scheduling
  • demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to provide superior customer service
