Job Duties
- greet clients and answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- schedule appointments and manage client intake with accuracy
- handle emergency client check-ins and support the veterinary team during urgent situations
- maintain organized records of client accounts and transactions
- manage multi-tasking duties including reception, phone communication, and scheduling
- demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to provide superior customer service
- assist with problem-solving and resolve client concerns respectfully and efficiently
