Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in veterinary patient care and client service roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work a four-day schedule without evening or weekend availability
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a busy, collaborative veterinary practice environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience as a veterinary assistant or receptionist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and dependable work ethic
  • Familiarity with veterinary software and medical terminology preferred
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional patient care assisting veterinarians and technicians
  • Greet and check-in clients and patients, managing appointment scheduling
  • Handle client communications, including phone calls and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate patient records and support administrative tasks
  • Assist with inventory management and clinic maintenance
  • Support billing and payment processing
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent client service and patient outcomes
